I believe they were dissolved years ago. The RTC was created to unload failed savings and loan properties and was only given so much time to do so by Congress. I’m not sure what happened with what they couldn’t sell.

RTC transferred all of its assets to FDIC as of 1/1/1996 and subsequently dissolved.
