I have read several peoples comments about programs like Beacon, etc. that help a seller create a first note and sell it at the closing table.

Does anyone have any good companies that do this for RE Investors in Indiana?

I wish Jaci’s experience was unique. Sorry it happened. The sad news is it happens a lot. The good news is it can be prevented. Read my response and check through some of the posts here and search the archives for more info. Best bet is to deal with a local buyer or go direct to one of the national buyers. Avoid the brokers.
