Could anybody give me a step-by-step procedure on “How to create an LLC with subsidiary companies?”. Example, if I wanted to create a company BYZ as an LLC but I want it to be a parent company for W, X, Y, and Z companies. I would appreciate any further education on this OR may be any suggestion on how to structure an LLC with subsidiaries.

Create the subsidiaries as you would any other entity- file articles of incorporation/organaization, etc. Just make the LLC the owner and if possible, the incorporator.
In terms of how to design the structure, you need to provide more info- like what you are doing, why you want subs, etc.
