Sure. If you can buy them for half of what you can sell them for why not use an agent since I assume they are located some didtance from where you live?
Be VERY careful to check to true value. I hope you are old enough to not accept the opinion of the seller.
Better yet, try to purchase an option on them and then sell your option to retail buyer or exercise the option when you have a buyer’s money in escrow.
Land/home combos at 1/2 of their value is stretching the imagination a bit but it is possible. They should be easy for you or your buyer to finance because of the land feature That means you should be able to sell for all cash in this hot market. Sounds like an opportunity to me if the numbers check out.
