What is the quickest and easiest way to find out how much a home sold for…
There is a home that I am looking to purchase, and across the street there is an identical home that sold about 2 months ago. I figured that that is a good comp to give me an idea as to what range I am in to purchase my home.

Ask a real estate agent to run comps for you. It’s free and typically they are willing to perform this service for potential future business. Good luck.
