By your comment “Each of the properties have signs.” I take it that you mean realtor signs. If so it is not nice to try and go around them when they have a contract with the owner. They will know where the owner is. While it is much more difficult to negotiate through a realtor it is possible if the owners are interested.
If the properties are not listed then go find them. They haven’t been gone long and neighbors will generally know where.
