How do I get started in South Korea - Posted by John Kong

If you’d start asking questions of prop owners, real estate agents &
bankers anywhere/everywhere as to what they and their successful
friends have done & how then you’d begin to learn how to emulate
them.

And no matter what Kyosaki or other self proclaimed “experts”
might say there are enough other people with money who’re looking
for projects and investments that you should not be signing any
notes or committing your own meager funds at this early stage in
your real-world education.

And for another very successful guy’s story find and read Aristotle
Onassis’ autobiography who, as I recall, never saw the inside of any
college.

Greetings my name is john im 19 im from south korea bu
i lived in bolivia south america for 15 years and then
came back to my mother land to do the mandatory
military service (i got 8 months left before going out)
I speak english, spanish and korean.
I was first introduced to the world of the real estate
by robert kiyosaki reading rich dad poor dad, the book
was really a mind opening book and inspired me to read
his others books, and reading his second book made me
realize that real estate is the best investment tool i
could take. I got the basics rule of investing from his
rich dad, like “your home is not an asset” “you make
money when you buy not when you sell” “if you accept to
be in debt and to take risk then they should pay you”.

As you may know Im still a student, I have no savings
and the pay here is poor, i dont think i can go to
colleage because my parents were telling me from south
america to do a self study with just books to apply for
an exam of english literacy which i wouldnt like to
study, the degree from the exam certifies that i
attended university which means that my parents has no
money to send me to a university, and then my parents
are telling me to study Portuguese because Hyundai
Company started to settle in south america and they
need workers who knows spanish and korean. It may be a
great opportunity but, beacause of the fact that being
behind a table 6 hours a day holding a book drives me
mad I was thinking of taking my life to the real estate
investment. But here’s some problems that i have met:
During my driveby around korea I ALMOST DIDNT SAW ANY
HOUSE! everyone lives in apartments that has its real
estate company logo which means that i dont think that
i can start small buying houses, i have no idea about
how the real estate works here and could you buy a
property here i think that you have to buy a whole
building. Any suggestions about how can i get started
would be very appreciated
