Hey Chris I am right there with you. If I find out anything I will let you know I would appreciate if you would do the same. You can reach me at my e-mail address at ajf74@hotmail.com. One thing I have picked-up so far that it is easiest for beginners to start with wholesaling or flipping properties. You can get a little info on this in the articles written by the speakers at the convention.

I stumbled across this site not long ago while trying to find some info on a real estate investment system. I posted one post and got replies that said to keep reading, that I am “in the right place”. But I have read a lot and it all seems to be for people who already have a system of some kind in place. Am I missing something? Did you guys all buy a package or something that helped you get started? If so, which one? If not, what do I need to do to begin building a foundation for learning to invest in real estate, eventually, for a living?

Thanks for all your help,

Chris
