How do I search using OCTITLE??? - Posted by Brian

I logged on to OCTitles web site and surfed around but I am not sure how to do a search or what the costs are. Anyone with experience on how to do searches or “farm” for items like out of state owners, etc. Please enlighten me.
Thanks,
Brian

The only thing I think you can use octitle for is comps and property profiles. I don’t think you can farm, and if you can, it probably will cost some money.
There are no fees for doing comps on properties.
Hope that helps.

Go to www.octitle.com, then go to Title Advantage on left side of page, sign-up (no cost)remember password, etc.
Then, go to Title Advantage, log-in and begin searching…
Good Luck

Go to the Title Advantage section and register (it’s free). Then you can search.
