It doesn’t appear as though Texas has “on-line” forms. However, the step-by-step instructions indicate that there is a number you can call for “fax on demand” forms. The cost is $1/minute. I didn’t read everything on the page, but this should give you a good start.
I live in Ga and was wondering what forms do I need to fill out to set up my LLC? Where would I get these forms? How much does it cost? How long does it take? Is it complicated like I would need a course like the Legalwiz’s course on LLC? Or will I be able to do it fairly simply?
I know nothing about how to set this up. I’m not even an Amarican citicen. So any help will be greatly appreaciated.
There are a number of companies that will do all the legwork for you for a nominal fee. I just yesterday placed an order with one to set up my corporation. The one I used is Access Incorporation Services,
I just checked. For an LLC in Georgia they charge $173, and that included the state filing fees. Of course they have “upgrades” too, like registered agent service, etc.
There are several companies that do the same thing, I found this one with a YAHOO search.
And yes, even if you use a service, you should know the steps and how to do it. Bill’s course is great for that.

Steven,
Bill Bronchick’s course is a GREAT help in filling out the forms and explaining each requirement. But, if you want to do it on your own, here is the address for your state’s forms…
