Hi!
Though I’m often on the web, I suspect that I’m not using the internet to my best advantage to find areas (relatively local to me) to invest. I’m not looking for ‘junkers’. Rather I do lease options and “subject to’s”. Do any of you have particular methods of utilizing the web to find areas to invest (i.e. finding nice areas, good school districts, low crime, etc.)?
