Bear in mind April that moving and set up could run you as much as $2,000 depending on your area (especially if this is your only move).

Why not simply sit down with your Mom and make things work for everyone.

For example. Call and find out just exactly what it would cost to move and set up the home on your land. Get an idea on repair, if any, (most any handyman, myself excluded, can do these repairs).

Find out how much the carpet will cost.

Then discuss with Mom and payment schedule (say $100 per month for 2 years or whatever works for you).

The best bet is to make both sides feel they are getting a fair deal. Then DOCUMENT the agreement so no hard feelings will come up.

This is a really broad question. I know it’ll sound strange but “It depends” is the best I can do without knowing what are trying to do. Do you want this to live in, or as an investment?

my grandma has a moble home and she is in a nursing
home not doing well at all my mother has the title
for the moble home and said she would sell it to my
husband and I to set up on our land to rent to our
daughter we told her we would give her a fair price for
it its a 1986 14’ by 70’ needs new carpet but in fair condition I’m not sure what kind it is but I could
find out.could you give me an estamated guess at how much it would be worth

I am currently searching for a fair priced mobile home. I was wondering if there is anything that I should be aware of as I look at them. What causes plumbing to freeze, and are there any other signs of a trouble home.
