Many thanks, I have decided to go with an “S” corporation. As it is signifigantly less expensive, in the state of N.C. but still offers a lot of the same benefits.

Use Google to locate your State Attorney General’s, Secretary of State’s and Dept of Commerce’s web site. Chances are they’ll have all the info and forms you need at one of those.
