How formal is the Atlanta Workshop? - Posted by Michael Reed

Is it casual or does everyone wear a suit and tie? Stupid question I know but I don’t want to look like an idiot. I do that enough already.

Thanks guys,
Being 20 years old and never being in a professional environment the only time I ever wear a suit is at weddings and funerals. It’s nice to know I can wear khakis and a polo shirt(or maybe a green tuxedo- why should Steve be the only one who can dress up?). Thanks

Michael,
I’ve been to one convention and the Lender’s Workshop.
I recall lots of people dressed in casual clothes and a few in suits and ties (real estate agents), but many fewer “dressed for success” folks than I would have guessed.
I think it’s what you’re comfortable wearing that decides. Personally, I’m going with casual and comfortable. There’s going to be a lot of sitting and very long days. Pack some Dockers and button-up shirts and you’ll fit right in.
I look forward to meeting you. And now we know that Steve WA will be the one wearing the grass skirt and pooka shells.

I’m planning on aloha wear, myself!
I would think that comfort is the issue.
I would be very comfortable seeing you in a suit and tie!

Jeans, suspenders, and Converse All-Star tennis shoes - that will be me!
Even f I cave in and wear some Dockers, I will still be wearing my Converse All-Stars and suspenders.
