Find an attorney or title officer who can do double-closing for you.
Find a motivated note holder to give you a big discount & high yield.
Find an investor to purchase partial of the note. (just make sure there are cusions in between)
Find more deals just like that…

Just curious as to how much money is needed to get started in this business…
From what I understand, the recommendation is to begin with note brokering, then buying for your own portfolio.
Where does one start and what kind of investment is required? Of course, buying some courses would the logical start, but I am curious as to what comes after that…
I want to determine if this is something I want to do and I would rather learn a little more before I spend a few hundred on courses. I have searched the archives and really didn’t much–perhaps, I am not using the right search terms.
Any help would be appreciated
