I am looking at buying a 2nd at a discount to help sweeten’ a deal. The 2nd was 13,100 at 12% for 20 months starting Feb 99’. It has mostly been paid on time. Keep in mind i am trying to buy the property outright, this is just to get a lower total price. I have never bought a note and was wondering if someone could throw out a ballpark what this might be worth on the open market. Just something in the ballpark so i don’t pay to much.
