I have a friend who is a retired 45 year old Harvard MBA grad. He told me if I needed money to help on certain deals, that he would help.

I live in Cincinnati. Here, there is a bank that will give a $100,000 line of credit if you put $25,000 into a CD at this bank or they will also to a second mortgage on your house.

I am new to investing and I am always looking to have more cash on hand. I currently do not have $25,000, so I thought of asking my friend.

I am thinking of a way to make it attractive to him to invest in me. If he were to put up the $25,000, how should we structure it? I don’t know how much cash he has, I’m sure I should have found that out before I posted this message. I am trying to come up with some creative way to work with him. Any information would be great.
