I’m finally getting over my fear of failure and making cash offers to flip and or rehab to resell. I’ve read on this site that it’s best to build a power team of investors to flip too before you buy. My question is how do you go about getting investors and or someone to partner with you if you’ve never done a deal yet.

Just pick up your newspaper and find the “we buy houses” ads. Drive around and find the “we buy houses” bandit signs. Go to your local real estate club and mingle, get biz cards, pick up flyers.

Call all these people and ask them what they are looking for, take notes and keep their phone number. Don’t sound too green. Just keep it simple “what are you looking for? i buy properties and may have something to sell you.”

you can build a huge list doing this.
