You may be able to cash out the properties in question. You should know that 90% LTV and 95% CLTV financing is available.

You may also want to consider partnering with someone who has the same investment goals and purchasing the properties jointly.

Im not sure how to post this, I dont have much experience
with investing but have managed through business and the sale of some land and a 1031 exchange to have aquired two
8 units and a 12 unit efficency also a commercial building which is used for my business. There is @ 430k in equity
depending on current apprasials. My objective is to obtain more commercial property looking for cash flow to fund retirment which would be in about 10 years the question is how do i go about financing more properties when most banks require 15-20% on this type of investing. borrowing against the equity will not fund most purchases unless im missing some thing, all responses are appreciated thank you
