Homeowner is renting 3/2 bedroom house, built 1990,in the Poconos - will soon be vacant. Willing to sell for 68K cash. No interest in lease purchase - just wants out. Similar homes are selling for 94,500+. Any suggestions on how to make this a low down or no money down deal. Thanks for all your help. Adbrown - NJ
