I’m planning on distributing fliers in subdivisions that range from new up to 4 years old. However, simply driving through them doesn’t give me a clue as to their age. What’s the best way to determine the age of a subdivision? Hopefully without having to use a Realtor. Thanks!

PaulB,

Try your county building. You can find the age of the homes in the area you are interested in from the property appraisers office.

Great Success,

You should be able to get that information from the city zoning department. Having said that let me ask you ?What difference does the age of the subdivision make??

I think your making a common mistake of looking for houses! Stop looking for houses and start looking for homeowners with problems? I can?t see how the age of a particular subdivision would help identify homeowners with problems.
