I want to give this real estate investing a try. I am still skeptical though.
In my neighborhood their is a duplex that is in BAD shape. I cant imagine anyone is renting the place. I have a feeling that maybe the owner is living there. I would love to get a contract on the place and flip it, but since I dont have any money and cant afford to buy any products yet, how can I possible do this? If I can where do I get the legal papers–contracts, etc. Help!!!
