I live in Dayton Ohio. I have a guy that called into my office that lives in my city too. He told me that he owns a property free and clear (from inheritance) and he would like to sell it. Only thing is the property is in Columbus Ohio (1 HR away from Dayton). He said he will sell for whatever price is reasonable, wholesale, whatever especially because the house was given to him. It sounds like a great property for an investor however I don’t know any investors in Columbus Ohio area I can call for this incredible deal. Does anyone have a number to a Columbus REIA group or investor looking to buy a brick double for CHEAP in Columbus Ohio? Thanks in advance for the tip.
