I’m looking to purchase my first investment property and ideally would like to find a seller willing to carry a contract to avoid having to go the route of bank financing and a huge down payment. Curious if others have had any luck on how to search out these type of properties? I’ve been toying with the idea of obtaining a title list and doing a mass mailing but not so sure how to structure a letter that won’t get tossed in the trash!
Any thoughts/suggestions would be very much appreciated!
