Ed,
I’ve got a problem – I desperately want to know how to get some credit lines set up, and am interested in learning all you can teach me, but I don’t have the option to take your workshop! So, my choices are to wait until the next workshop, or beg on this forum for some pointers and good references in leiu of the workshop. You can see which one I chose.
