Ed and Terry do have a seminar coming up in Atlanta. I think the date is in May or June. They announced the seminar at the convention. I believe it costs $1297 and lasts for about 3 or 4 days. Included in the price is full access to Terry and Ed for 3 months. They will actually show you how to put together the deals using other peoples money.
