I am very new in REI and I am basically concentration on flipping properties. I am not ready to go out and look at properties yet but I was wondering if it would be a good idea if I place an ad in the paper to try and get my buyer’s list started. I was thinking about placing an ad and when they call me I would just tell them that the house was already sold and ask if they would be interested in any future deals I had. This would be just strictly to get people on my buyers list. Is this a good method or should I wait until I start going out and looking at properties.
