I wanted a referral for reading or knowledge on how to negotiate the banks asking price. This property I am looking at is a foreclosure with Fannie Mae. The price is $124k but it is assessed at $250k. Is there a buyer concession to add in closing? Could I be able to bid lower? Let me know at 516-634-3918.
