i have a home,my first mortgage has a not assumable clause.we moved into another home we bought and want to sell this one but the market is not good here,i have people with 20% dn{$17000} but dont know how to do this.i dont want to get into trouble with the first mortgage but the dn payment sure sounds good.i have been renting the house out and thats a nightmare.help!!! what are my options?? holly mathews
