I am just getting started in wholesaling.
For those that are experienced in this specialty;what prequalifying questions do I ask the seller? Also…
I have been getting frustrated when a property is listed with a REALTOR because they say I am not allowed to speak with the seller. So,how do I prequalify the seller through the agent when they will not release any impertinant information because they represent the seller!!!??

That’s right - you will not be able to talk to the sellers. You’ll have to detect motivation through the way the listing is written. “Must sell”, “handyman special”, “quick close” might be some indications of motivation. (so would a low price!) Target these ads and make offers. Forget about screening sellers.
