I have no problem so far. If people have no credit a L/O will work, however, if they now have no money as well, can they even rent? Where will the rent deposit come from? What is going on?

Having a hard time filling vacancies in Charlotte area on lease options. We are putting out rent-to-own directional signs, running ads, etc., but having very few showings. Anyone have any good tips for selling on lease options in this loose market?

I am experiencing the same. I have started advertising for tenants. It seems few have option money these days. May as well rent them instead.
