What does the typical owner look for as far as a down payment when purchasing a house on a L/C ect.? How do you sell them on this? We had a call tonight but the owner wouldn’t come out and say what he thought he needed down. He owes $130K house appraised at $350k and he wants to sell for $300k. How should one present this deal to him when using little cash down? He liked the idea of getting out of his payments we are just not sure he is very motivated. Any suggestion?
