The first thing you may want to do is get familiar with were the foreclosure notices are posted in your area(usually a local paper and also the sheriff’s office). Go to the courthouse and look up case files of forclosures(ask the ladies at the clerks office for help)and maybe approach some homeowners. That will get you started. Just listen and soak up all the info you can. I heard that Joe Kaisers course is pretty good, but I don’t know because I don’t have it. HOPE THIS HELPS!
WHERE ARE YOU IN INDIANA?

I am interested in grabbing on to the foreclosure market but I don’t have the foggest idea where to start. Do I approach banks? If so, where do I go? I have tried to read up on this but I have not gotten any real information that I could apply.
I will be in position soon where I can do a lot of deals, if I can find them in below market value.
If anyone knows of any information, sources, books, tapes, ect. that will help, I will be graftful.
