Is there a web site for this thing? I have the book but I am trying to feel it out Like what is a yield on a Note or how about what to pay for the discount to meet the required Yield? I have a TI BA Plus that I can operated well for a few years it works fine qualifying Mortgage Clients. Any way I am asking for help or this thing is going in the TRASH…lol
