Ken,
I stumbled across www.cyberrei.com and it is a great resource. I noticed N2RE who posted below recommending Kevin Meyers, well as a Realtor who deals with Investors all of the time, cyberrei.com serves both investors and realtors.
I wish you alot of luck in your journey.
Cary

2 free forms found on that site are copied directly from mine in violation of federal copyright law.
I wonder what other things they have done?

Bill…I just took a quick look at that site. Went to the “Analyzing/Interactive: Discount Offer Assessment.”
Their “MAC” [Maximum All-Cash Offer], is strikingly similar to Ron LeGrand’s “MAO” [Maximum Allowable Offer]. And, if you’ll compare their form to LeGrand’s “Property Acquisition Worksheet” [“Fast Cash With Quick-Turn Real Estate,” p.266, Appendix A] you’ll see how much alike they are.
