I need help finding a title company that give me assistance in filling out the HUD 1. I made an offer on a short sale and was turned down by the lender because I used a net sheet. My property that I am making an offer is in Brazoria County ( Pearland). Thank You

If you are going to consistently make short sale offers, you must use the HUD-1 for your net sheet, and my recommendation is to use easyhud.com. $20 a month and automatically generates all the HUD-1 net sheets you need.
