This is best posted on the Main News Group… however, there are funding sources for properties sold “by the govt”, such as notes, hard money, lines of credit etc.
VA has $ for investors to buy their properties, but don’t get sucked into a bad deal just 'cause the financing looks good (I’ve done that a time or two… sigh).

Can someone claify for me please… I have found several HUD home in my area for sale. Everytime I find a government program to help with rehab or purchase, the buyer must live on the property. I was told that 203(b) was for rehab’s but it too says you must live in it. Any programs out there, or suggestions how to utilizes these programs without living in the unit. Anyone’s experience would be appreciated. Thanks,Roseanne in New Hampshire
