My opinion is you’re way too late to the table. Even those of us with great credit scores are getting offered loans that look more like hard money terms than what we’ve been used to. Nearly everyone is pulling back from the mortgage market because of all the foreclosures.

I am just beginning the real estate investing and i am looking for either private lenders or for financing that wont worry about my credit. I am in Southwest Michigan and i have much information about how to do it but am uneasy about the financial part of the deals.
