did post card mailing and got first call. Only 1 week. Anyway, here are the details.
1st $79,000 / $737.00monthly- country wide
2nd $11,000 / 202 monthly - travelers ??
2 months behind on 1st, 4 months behind on second.

home down the street sold for $121,000 9/2000. comps about $110- 125,000.
