My wifes got me booked tonight so I’ve only got a minute but I just wanted to share with everyone. I set a goal to have a house under contract THIS MONTH. I got one today…shewwwwwww. I guess everyone else was celebrating. I am now.
House is 1940 3/1 1260sqft worth 55-60k and needs about 15k in repairs. I got it for 15k. I thought about flipping it but it’s in a good neighborhood so I think I’ll try to keep this one. Thanks to everyone who participates at this website!
