Went to the County Clerk’s office and got names of properties that I am interested in.
Aside from the bank REOs, some homes are owned by individuals. I took their names and did online searches to find a current address or phone number, but no luck.
What have the rest of you done in this situation? I am bird dogging these properties, so I obviously need a contact name, number and address to give to the investors.

You can find who the tax bill is getting sent to at the tax assessor’s office.

The following link will send you to the NYC Tax Assessors web page where you can look up property tax records and find out who is receiving the bills. Make sure to click on “View the NYC Property Assessment Roll” button. I hope this helps!
