I agree, please don’t try to give a solution to someone’s problem unless you have first hand knowledge of the information. I always try to limit any of my knowledge giving to areas in which I am well versed because I have first hand dealt with the situation in my own deals. Not just something that I heard a friend of an uncle’s brother-in-law say.

I always get online to browse a bit and end up spending 6 hours reading through all the excellent stuff on the boards.

Even more unfortunately, I have read so much that I am starting to actually have answers to many of the questions, and then I have the urge to spend several hours more answering them all.

Of course, you could construe that as a good thing.

Anyway…

No offence, but that’s what scares me. If you have the urge to answer just because you’ve read too much, please don’t. If you’ve done as much as you’ve read, please do answer.
