What’s she’s talking about is the convention that was just held in Dallas this past weekend. I didn’t have a chance to go, but I did attend last year’s and it was well worth the money. Also, what Rose was saying is that you don’t need that $5,000 to get started in RE. Look around this site, read the articles. You’ll see a trend here: people are making money using their noggins instead of their wallets. I highly recommend you hang out a little in Newsgroup 1.
