The other alternatives would be to purchase in the name of a properly formed Corp. or LLC. Those assets would be secure from attachment of any Liens against you personally. The proceeds from the Corp. or LLC paid to you personally, could be garnisheed or attached, once outside the vail of the entity.

I’m in the middle of negotiations and litigation with a party that unfairly got a judgement of lien against me.

I want to be able to by and sell property without having to pay this lien until we get things worked out.

Could the fine members of the board please advise me on the best way to buy and sell real estate without using your own name?
