I’m not an investor, I’m actually buying a home and I want to make sure its a good deal. Its a 1991 24x66 mobile home in a park. It has a shingle roof, new appliances, central heat and air, new hot water heater. It’s the most beautiful mobile home I’ve seen (and I did look at new ones). They’re asking 47,000, what should I offer and what would be a fair price? If you need to know anything else about it to help me out, feel free to email me.
