I seek input on syndicating in all 50 states utilizing 50 lawyers and 50 brokers.
The General Partnership is most likely corporate or LLC.
Need 50 real estate lawyers for syndications. One each state.

Don’t waste your time or money in states like Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota that have very few people and even less money…
