I am currently buying properties (assuming properties and buying cash and then selling on a wrap) with a partner and we were wondering what the most advantageous type of corporation we should form. There probably is not just one that will suit all your needs giving you the most tax advantages and writeoffs, look into using multiple entities. It depends on your state and your plan as to what is best.
