If the purchase opportunities are that great and the buyers are that small try Rent to Own instead of 0 down. Maybe more people “Believe” it can be done.

I live in the S.E. Mi. area called Down river , you
would think anyone would want to own a home for no
money up front I can even loan closing costs but I
cant seem to find any buyers ,maybe they think it
sounds too good to be true! It doesn’t even mater
to me the credit rating I just want to sell the
properties so I can buy like crazy,But no buyers
means I cant buy ,certainly don’t want to hold. Any

this web site and I think you guys are great ,I
mean helping one another out with information that
is at best hard to find and invaluable, I don’t
know a lot but when I see a question on the board
that I know at least a little about I feel
