i’m currently stationed in korea with the army. i am very interested in real estate investing. i understand that wholesaling is a good way to start. ill be going to alabama when i leave here and im trying to learn as much as possible so i can start as soon as i get there. how do i find someone to find houses for? what is a good commission for me and what is a good way to set it? if you dont mind questions please respond. i am very serious and plan to invest nationwide eventually. thanks.
