I want to pay someone to build a simple web that I can access and modify when needed. I do not want to get involved with Front Page or similar software. It was time consuming last time with all kinds of little problems to upload, file extention problems,etc. I spent hours trouble shooting it and on the phone with tech help.

I can use a local company to host the site for $10/mo. Any suggestions on a web page designer?
